salam semua..
aku bercadang nak tukar airbox filter aku kepada open air filter..
so ade sesape tau saiz diameter lubang filter tu ??
nanti takde la tersalah beli saiz..

lagi satu soalan, ape pros and cons gune open air filter ??

kalau ko pakai open port style airfilter, kena upsize jet dan adjust balik air-fuel mixture. kalau tak kemungkinan besar mixture jadi too lean (dan rasa sebu aje). satu lagi ko kena suka bunyi bising sropp sropp la, kalau nak senyap aje mcm bunyi ori, jangan pakai aftermarket airfilter. tapi aku rasa kalau ko pakai filter nih dan upsize jet (dan karb setting baik punya) dan ekjos pun racing specs, boleh celen supersport kot...

bab setting tu yg aku lemah. sbb aku xcaye kat mana2 pomen pon bab setting kasi ngam sui ni..ekekek. kebanyakan pomen pandai set kasi 2t lebih aje

aku pernah pakai malossi red airfilter (dan jet besar)... tapi macam yg tokey nabil cakap, kebanyakan pomen tak berkebolehan utk setting karb so aku tukar balik airbox ori tapi kekalkan jet besar. scratch aku buat kaji selidik sikit2 kat internet dan buat sendiri tuning karb tapi aku tak syorkan korang ikut cara aku... kalau tukar airfilter aje dan tak upsize jet/ejas karb, ada kemungkinan mixture too lean dan boleh jem bila2 masa. Shocked motor aku baru 5000km so belum pernah buat full servis. mungkin bila dah sampai 8000-10000km aku akan buat full servis dan cek piston/ring/blok untuk mengetahui kesan2 mod yg aku buat (jet, vf3 reed valve, giannelli dll). Wink

ada rev cut ke (mcm kereta jdm)...? anyway try cuci karb.

sape2 nak tukar ke airfilter aftermarket, try dulu tukar porosity sponge asal tu. ada jual sponge with different levels of porosity. aku nak try up sikit ke medium pulak bagi angin lepas lebih sikit (lebih sikit aje!). filter sekarang (std sponge) tu halus sangat. scratch

sometime ur new setting didn't comply with ur std Electronic control unit

wanna fine tune... then get some fine ECU also..
if im not mistaken... there is 3 type of ECU aftermarket

BIG AIR + BIG FUEL + BIG FIRE = MR BIGBORE COMBUTION RATIO
